This is a one month unlimited pass without an ongoing commitment. The price includes 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

This agreement is between you and Mindfulness Studio for a three-month autopay commitment for unlimited yoga classes for 90 days in exchange for the monthly fee of $90 Cdn. The price includes 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The contract will commence on the day of your first pre-authorized payment and last the following for 90 days.

Your registration in this three-month pre-authorized payment contact confirms that you have read and understand the following terms of this contract. The three-month autopay contact will expire after the 90-day period and you will be required to renew should you wish to continue unlimited yoga.

I understand that if I choose to end this contract before the three-month period has expired, I will be required to pay an early cancellation fee of $25 Cdn. Written notice (email mindfulness_studio@shaw.ca) must be provided 30 days in advance of your next pre-authorized payment in order for your monthly autopay contract to be cancelled.

I agree to inform Mindfulness Studio of any changes to my credit card on-file (i.e., expiry date, card number) ten (10) days prior to the next pre-authorized payment.

I understand that any discounted rate or promotions only apply if purchased before entering into this three-month pre-authorized commitment contract. Promotions and discounts offered during the period of this contract will not apply to this contract.

I understand that I may place my membership on hold to a maximum of 30 days. Medical holds, beyond 30 days, may require submission of a note provided by a licensed physician.

I acknowledge that my three-month commitment contract is only valid for drop-in classes. This contact does not include Special Series/Events, Workshops and Trainings.

I acknowledge that my monthly autopay pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with any other person.
I acknowledge that the fee for declined pre-authorized payment is $25.

I understand that being an unlimited pass holder does not give me priority over any other members and that in-person class capacity will be limited to the room’s capacity. You are encouraged to register online, 30 minutes in advance of the schedule class start time.

I understand that I must be present, either virtually or in person, no later than 5 minutes before the schedule class start time and I understand that late entry to class is not permitted.

I agree to follow all health and safety protocols posted and/or stated by the instructor or required by local and/or Provincial Health Authorities.

I understand that I may cancel this contract with written notice (email mindfulness_studio@shaw.ca ) no later than 10 days after the date of activating this contact as per the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (SBC 2002, Section 25, 2).

I have read and acknowledge the terms and conditions of pre-authorized credit card payments, and my responsibility with respect thereto.
